HOW TO USE:

1. Shake well before use for maximum ink flow.
2. Sweep pen along the natural lash line
3. Before the eyeliner dries completely, apply Moira lash strip band along the line and set the strip in place.

Tip: Close cap tightly after use to preserve long-time use. Also, store with the tip facing down to avoid dry out.

I wanted to use this a few times before writing a review. I am terrible at applying lashes but I love wearing them. I also have very watery eyes all the time, and this 2 in 1 did it for me. Not only did it make the application super easy and flawless, it kept the lash on perfectly all night, and even withstood my watery teary eyes. I also love how it’s a felt tip pen so taking it everywhere in my purse is a plus. The only downside is it is a little challenging to get it all off before going to bed, which is something I personally am willing to put up with.
