HOW TO USE:

1. Outline brow arches using the pencil, then draw hair-like strokes to fill in the brow and extend where needed.
2. Using the spoolie end of this duo pencil, gently blend in and tame brows.

I’ve been using Moira beauty cosmetics for a couple of years now; I most say I love them. I have no complaints up to now.
